1. Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in the UK. All orders are shipped from our location here.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

International orders may take 7–14 working days, depending on your location and local customs.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. How much is shipping?

UK Standard Shipping: £3.95 

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your destination

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. What sizes do you offer?

Our resort wear is available in sizes S to L but certain designs will also cross over and be suitable ie, S will also fit an XS and a L will be suitable XL. If you need extra guidance on our sizing, feel free to reach out to us at info@shorebirds.co.uk.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges. You have 14 days to decide if you want to change your mind and then a further 14 days to return the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Our full policy is here https://shorebirds.co.uk/policies/refund-policy 

7. What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@shorebirds.co.uk with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll sort it out right away.

8. How should I care for my Shorebirds pieces?

To keep your resort wear looking its best, we recommend handwashing. Not suitable for tumble drying. 

9. Are your pieces ethically made?

We’re committed to responsible fashion. Our collections are produced in small, carefully managed batches to reduce waste, and we work closely with our suppliers all based in the UK to ensure fair and ethical practices.
