We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something’s not quite right.

Returns Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you’re welcome to return it. You have 14 days to decide if you want to change your mind and then a further 14 days to return the product. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must be intact.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us:
Email us at info@shorebirds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. We will then send you the return address.

Pack Your Item:
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

Ship It Back:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’d like a different size or color (subject to  availability). Just let us know when you contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s been completed.

We’re a small business and unfortunately can’t offer free returns at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out and we’ll make it right—on us.
